Discovery Dunes

Discovery Dunes is an ultra luxury private residential community by Discovery Land Company, located in Dubai South. Designed as Dubai’s first private, members only golf residential community, it combines expansive homes, private golf, wellness, outdoor recreation, and personalised services within a secluded, family focused setting.

Spread across 26.1 million sq. ft., Discovery Dunes offers a limited collection of curated homes and residential land plots designed to preserve privacy, views, and an estate style living experience. The real estate collection includes Estate Land Plots, Signature Land Plots, Lifestyle Land Plots, and Luxury Dune Villas ranging from approximately 8,400 to 20,000 sq. ft. of built up area.

At the heart of the community is an 18 hole private golf course designed by renowned golf architect Tom Fazio. Members also have access to a clubhouse and wellness centre, sports facilities, equestrian experiences, outdoor pursuits, dining, and family focused activities. Discovery’s personalised member and residential services further enhance the private club lifestyle.

The location in Dubai South places Discovery Dunes near Al Maktoum International Airport and Dubai’s emerging growth corridor, while maintaining a secluded environment away from the city's busy urban core. Members also benefit from access to Discovery Downtown, an exclusive private city club overlooking Downtown Dubai.

With its limited membership, expansive land plots, customisable residences, private Tom Fazio golf course, and extensive lifestyle amenities, Discovery Dunes offers a rare level of privacy and exclusivity for families seeking one of Dubai’s most distinctive luxury residential communities.
