ONE B Tower By Wasl

Nestled alongside Dubai Water Canal in Al Quoz near Sheikh Zayed Road, is the UAE’s tallest endowment building. It comes as part of the 1 Billion Meals Endowment initiative, which aims to provide a food safety net for the world’s most underprivileged populations. The project’s unrivalled location will offer a captivating panorama of Al Safa, Safa Park, Dubai Water Canal and Godolphin Race Track.

The architectural design of ONE B is being executed by the multiple award-winning UNStudio, famous for Wasl Tower in Dubai, Marina Galleria in Athens, Melbourne Four Seasons in Melbourne, Mandarin Oriental Hotel and Residences in Istanbul and many more.

The tower comprises 42 storeys housing a collection of 1-3 bedroom apartments and 2-4 bedroom duplexes, in addition to several penthouses. The total area of the residences ranges from 676 sq. ft to 4,769 sq. ft. Notable features of the layouts include having one or more balconies, a powder room and a laundry room, while the duplexes additionally come with walk-in closets and terraces. Yet another important detail is that there will be a maid’s room in every residence except in 1-bedroom apartments.

Many lifestyle-oriented amenities will be available onsite for the residents to enjoy. These include a gourmet cafe/restaurant, a gym, personal and functional training areas, sauna chambers, a multi-purpose room, swimming pools, BBQ pods and a zen garden & meditation area, not to mention the in-house cinema/family lounge, two libraries/reading nooks, coworking lounge and designated area for billiards, indoor games and table tennis.
